The rules and Regulations Fixing the Rate of Fees for Witnesses and Jurors, enacted on October 31, 1949, by the Attorney General of Puerto Rico and the Administrative Order issued by Hon. A. Cecil Snyder, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, on March 31, 1955, are set aside.
