Rule 18. Amendment procedure

Any amendment or new rule shall be made by resolution of the Supreme Court in accordance with the provisions of § 726 of this title. Amendments and new rules shall be promulgated by means of the Opinions of the Bar Association of Puerto Rico and the Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court (J.T.S.). It is provided that general amendments to these rules shall be published in Decisiones de Puerto Rico and in this appendix.
