Rule 1. Applicability

These rules are adopted by the Supreme Court pursuant to § 19 of the Judiciary Act, Act No. 11 of July 14, 1952, as amended, § 122 of this title. They shall govern all appeals from the District Court to the Court of First Instance, both in civil and criminal cases.
