§ 2110. Additional safety measures

(a) It shall be the duty of the owner or operator of the business, in those cases in which watchdogs have been leased, to install reasonably sized and graphically designed signs at the entrance and on the walls or fences of the property where the dogs are being used on that property. Said signs shall also contain the name of the lessee business, the physical address of the business and a telephone number which is accessible 24 hours a day.

(b) Any owner of an industrial or commercial establishment open to the public is hereby prohibited from possessing watchdogs in or around said establishment unless reasonably sized and graphically designed signs have been posted at every entrance of said building and its surroundings, to warn the general public that this type of dog is being used in that establishment and its surroundings.
