Regarding all that is related to the personnel attached to the various bodies transferred hereunder, or transferred hereafter to the Administration, or those transferred to the Department of Agriculture, they shall retain the same status, while they hold the same office they held at the time of the transfer, according to §§ 1301—1431 of Title 3 and regulations approved by virtue thereof. They shall also retain all the rights, privileges, obligations and status regarding any existing pension, retirement or savings and loan funds system or systems to which they were affiliated at the time this act was approved.
