§ 1838. Transfer of programs

The following programs are hereby transferred to the Administration:

(1) The Guaranteed Income Program created by virtue of §§ 2001—2009b and 2021—2030 of this title, as well any other act approved by virtue of this Program [sic].

(2) The Subsidies and Incentives Programs created by virtue of §§ 1851—1868 of this title.

With regard to the Programs transferred to the Administration, all the properties, assets, equipment, funds, rights and privileges of any kind shall be passed over to it, as well as all necessary personnel determined by the Secretary after carrying out the corresponding study.

None of the provisions of this chapter shall be construed as to revoke, modify, alter, ratify or invalidate any of the agreements, covenants, claims or contracts awarded by officials responsible for the programs, activities and functions transferred by this act which are in effect when it becomes effective.
