The Secretary shall submit [an] annual report to the Legislature regarding the process for the promulgation and adoption of the Resolution to be established for the Corridor. Such report shall also contain information on the measures and actions taken, as well as the traced plans to achieve the drafting and implementation of the Corridor Integrated Development Plan.
