§ 1673. Abuse by juridical entities

(a) Any entity, whether engaged or not in animal affairs, that abuses an animal, shall be sanctioned with the same punishments, according to the type of crime as established in this chapter.

(1) Should the entity be found guilty, in addition to the punishments that apply pursuant to this chapter, the person who owns the entity thus found guilty may not engage in any animal affairs.
