§ 1132. Annotation of attachment and prohibition to alienate

Any annotation of attachment, prohibition to alienate or any other order related to the quota issued by a competent court, may be filed by:

(a) The person obtaining a judicial order of attachment in his/her behalf of the debtor’s movable property and titleholder of the quota.

(b) The person who, during a trial, claims compliance with any obligation and obtains the resolution or judgment ordering the prohibition to seize the quota from its owner of record.

(c) Any state of federal government entity that obtains in its behalf a judicial order of attachment, resolution or judgment ordering a prohibition to seize the quota from its owner of record.
