§ 1129. Book of entries and filing of transactions

The Registry shall keep a daily book of entries for the filing of documents in chronological order, date, time, number of filing, and other circumstances. Filing of documents for the Registry of Quota Transactions shall be done in person.

The transactions or constitution of liens upon quotas to be inscribed may be filed by:

(a) The person who acquires the right.

(b) The person who transfers the right.

(c) The person with interest in assuring that the right be inscribed.

(d) A representative of any of the aforementioned persons. The name and address of the person who is being represented shall be registered in the book of entries.

The Administrator or his/her appointed official at the time the documents for the Registry of Quota Transactions are received shall issue a certification that shall include the date, exact time and filing number of the submitted documents.
