Every natural or juridical person violating any of the provisions of §§ 846—853 of this title, or any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200), or by imprisonment in jail for a term not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both penalties, in the discretion of the court.
