§ 851. Regulation of domestic animal semen—Inspection of production centers and books

Any official of the Department of Agriculture, authorized by the Secretary of Agriculture of Puerto Rico, shall have free access to the semen productions centers, semen deposits, and to the record books containing the performance of the sires and the entries and deliveries of semen.
