§ 785. Regulations of Secretary of Health as to destruction of cattle

In order to make more effective the eradication of tuberculosis and contagious abortion in the cattle of Puerto Rico, the Secretary of Health is hereby authorized to prescribe the rules and regulations in connection with the killing of animals that react to the tuberculine and contagious-abortion tests.
