The Secretary of Agriculture of Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to establish in all those places which in his judgment may be necessary, quarantine corrals in which to keep cattle imported into Puerto Rico under the provisions of Act No. 118, of May 5, 1939, as subsequently amended, until the corresponding blood samples of said cattle are taken in order to determine whether or not said cattle are free from contagious abortion or any other disease which, in the judgment of the Secretary of Agriculture, requires the adoption of such measure.
