§ 430h. Extension of accreditation benefits for prior services

The accreditation benefits for prior services accrued in the Employees Retirement System of the Government of Puerto Rico and its instrumentalities are extended to the employees of the sugar mills which were acquired by the Government of Puerto Rico after 1970 and which became participants in the Retirement System when the Corporation joined the latter in 1976.

The Corporation shall pay the corresponding employer’s contribution for each employee requesting accreditation of services.
