When by provision of this chapter or of the regulations adopted by virtue thereof, the Inspector must formally adjudicate a controversy, the procedures established in §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”, and the regulations promulgated to that effect, shall be observed.
