§ 4647. Annual examination of the operations of the cooperatives

The Inspector shall examine, at least once a year, the audits conducted on the operations of every cooperative incorporated and operating in Puerto Rico. The audit may be conducted by an auditor contracted by the cooperative, but the Inspector may review the audit and perform every related inspection he/she deems pertinent.
