This regime is organized in the Property Registry as a system of property connected one to another by marginal cross references notes. The registration of what is to be built on the land shall be carried out in the property in which the land appears registered and shall be denominated as the main property.
Each housing unit shall be registered as an individual property, in a particular registry filial to the main property, unless the structure is built on land owned by another, in which case the main property shall be the one in which the structure is registered. All these registrations shall be preceded by the words “Member-Owner Cooperative Housing Regime”.
