The cooperative may begin its operations officially when the Department of State has registered its articles of incorporation. The Cooperative Development Administration shall forward the certificate of registration and two (2) copies of the articles of incorporation and the bylaws to every duly constituted cooperative and to the Inspector of Cooperatives.
