P.R. Laws tit. 15, § 2002
The creation of a Registry of Public Performance Promoters is hereby provided, to be attached to the Department of the Treasury of Puerto Rico.
The Registry of Public Performance Promoters shall contain, among others, the following information:
(a) Name, address, and social security of the public performance promoter. He/she shall state the physical and postal address where his/her offices are located. In case he/she moves, he/she shall notify said registry of the change of address within a term of 15 days, counted from the date he/she moved to the other location.
(b) In case a corporation is acting as promoter, it shall file a certified copy of its corporate charter. It shall furnish the names and addresses of the corporate officers, the president, the treasurer, and the secretary, as well as that of the resident agent in Puerto Rico.
(c) Financial statement of the promoter or the corporation acting as promoter.
(d) A copy of the municipal license.
(e) A good conduct certificate.
