Any trustee who is not an ex-officio member shall be an American citizen of acknowledged moral probity and shall have recognized capacity and experience in some of the different facets of sports and of financial or business activities. No elected official of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico nor any official or employee of any political party shall be a trustee.
