§ 1005. Written permission to use insignia in any way—Issuance; fees

The Puerto Rico Olympic Committee shall issue such permits and shall charge for the use and commercial exploitation of the identifying insignia in the various existing promotional media, adjusting to the norms the body provides for the use thereof and giving equal opportunity to all persons or commercial firms to request or bid to obtain such permits.
