§ 123a. Evidence of intent to defraud

For a person to possess, circulate, publish, pass or attempt to pass as true and genuine, any ticket of the Puerto Rico Lottery or fraction thereof, or official list of winning numbers thereof, shall constitute prima facie evidence of his intent to defraud another, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
