The Planning Board, in coordination with the National Parks Company, shall study the karstic area surrounding the Tanamá River to delimit the lands that shall be enclosed within the Tanamá River Karst Zone National Park and the necessary buffer zones. Likewise, the Planning Board, together with the National Parks Company and the municipalities that comprise the reserve, shall adopt the special zoning and regulations to establish the uses to be allowed within the delimitation of the Park and the buffer zones in order to reserve and to destine the farms of the referred Park to the protection and conservation of the karst zone.
