No establishment in which coin-or token-operated electronic games or pinball machines are operated, shall be located at a distance less than two hundred (200) meters from a public or private school. This measurement shall be taken from the closest point of the outer boundary of the lot occupied by the school, to the outer boundary of the lot where the establishment in which the electronic games or pinball machines, operated by coins or tokens, are in operation.
Establishments devoted exclusively to the operation of electronic games or pinball machines run by coins or tokens, which are already established at a distance from a school which is less than that established herein, shall remain closed during the hours when the school in the proximity of which they are located is functioning.
Those establishments which are devoted to other kinds of business, in which coin or token-operated electronic games or pinball machines are found, and which are already located at a distance which is less than what is established herein, shall not operate nor allow said machines to be operated during the hours when the school in the proximity of which they are located is functioning.
