§ 654. Registry of persons authorized to practice the breeding of homing pigeons, study

The Department shall carry out, before the beginning of the next Legislature, a survey on the necessity and convenience of creating a registry of persons authorized to practice the colombofilia sport in Puerto Rico. A copy of such survey shall be sent to the legislative bodies.
