The Board shall draft an annual report stating its activities, the athletes covered by the Program, and an itemized list of the benefits granted to said athletes. A copy of this report shall be remitted to the committees on sports and recreation of both legislative bodies. The term for drafting the first annual report shall begin on the day this act becomes effective.
