(a) The Secretary of Agriculture of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to transfer to the Sports and Recreation Department the museum of the Department of Agriculture located at Muñoz Rivera Park and organized by virtue of the Organic Act of said Department, §§ 351—362, 366—375 and 378—385 of Title 3, including all specimens, as well as the other properties contained in said museum and everything annexed or appertaining thereto.
(b) The funds for the operation, improvement and maintenance of said museum shall be, on and from July 1, 1968, allocated to the Sports and Recreation Department in the General Budget of Expenses of the Government.
