Any merchant who uses the radio or television broadcasts or the insignias protected by §§ 551a—551k of this title for the manufacture, distribution, sale or offer to sell articles or products, without the prior consent of the Organizing Entity, or in violation of the conditions established or to the cancellation imposed, shall be subject to an injunction or a suit for damages filed by said Entity or the Sports and Recreation Department or the Department of Justice to prohibit the use of said insignias, or of the radio or television broadcasts, to compel the compliance of the conditions imposed, and to plead any other lawful remedy.
