The sale of admission tickets to sports events outside the places expressly provided for these purposes by the impresario of the event with the approval of the Sports and Recreation Secretary is hereby prohibited.
Any person who sells or permits or aids in the selling of tickets to a sports event outside the place expressly provided for those purposes as provided in the foregoing paragraph, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction punished by a fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment in jail for a term of not less than thirty (30) days nor more than six (6) months; and for the second and each subsequent violation both penalties, fine and imprisonment, shall be imposed.
