§ 2320. Public disclosure

The directive [sic] members and the directors of church-schools shall divulge the following information to the parents or guardians of students or other persons who request it:

(a) This educational system is not licensed by the General Council on Education.

(b) This system is not applying for the services available for private school students under the sponsorship of the State.

Nevertheless, the admonitions of this chapter shall not be understood as an action to relegate these schools to a second category before their sponsors with regard to the other public and private schools.
