The Council shall issue a notice to any church-school that has not complied with any of the requirements. The church-school shall submit in writing its reasons for its noncompliance, after which the Council shall proceed to issue a warning for the church-school to comply with the corresponding requirements within a term of sixty (60) days. The Council shall notify the Commonwealth University or any other higher education institution in Puerto Rico of the action taken.
