§ 1782. Liquidation of a member’s participation

In case of resignation, death or separation of a member, the cooperative shall pay him/her, his/her representative or heirs, as the case may be, the amount of money equivalent to his/her participation, plus accumulated interest, within ninety (90) days after his/her withdrawal, death or separation. Any of the member’s debt with the cooperative shall be subtracted from such payment.
