Each member of the Board of Directors, Supervision Committee or any other committee may be removed from his/her position for the following reasons:
(a) Incurring in acts sanctioned with separation from the cooperative.
(b) Breaching this chapter or bylaws.
(c) Breaching the school bylaws in violation of the cooperative’s objectives.
