§ 1715. Constituent documents—Examination

The Cooperative Development Administration shall examine the constituent documents and, if they comply with the requirements of this chapter, it shall submit the same to the Secretary of State within a prescriptive period of forty-five (45) working days [sic] from the date on which they were filed with the Cooperative Development Administration.

The Department of State shall have a prescriptive period of thirty (30) working days to register and issue the certificate of registration. Once the certificate is registered and issued, both agencies shall notify the Cooperative Movement Coordination and Education Division in writing, after the prescriptive period has elapsed, of the incorporation of the Youth Cooperative for all legal purposes. If any of the aforementioned entities fails to comply with the established period, the youth cooperative shall be considered incorporated for all legal purposes.
