No book, pamphlet, document, record, diploma, title, parchment or catalogued paper, nor agricultural item or reproduction shall be removed from the place where the archive is, except when the Board of Directors, after taking all the necessary precautions for the security of the object or document and ensuring the intact devolution thereof, authorizes it.
