§ 1254. Acceptance of gifts

The Committee on Monuments to Illustrious Puerto Ricans is hereby authorized to accept and use, for the purposes of this chapter, gifts from public or private entities or from private persons, whether they be made for an undetermined general character or for any specific use. When the gift be in money, same shall be covered into the Commonwealth Treasury where it shall be withheld at the disposal of the Committee for the purposes indicated by the donor.
