P.R. Laws tit. 18, § 1199f
A special fund for no specific fiscal year to be called “Special Fund for the Productora Nacional de Teatro, Inc.”, attached to the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, is hereby created in the books of the Department of the Treasury of Puerto Rico to be governed according to the norms and regulations that the aforesaid, with the previous approval of the Secretary of the Treasury, shall adopt pursuant to the provisions in effect for the administration of similar funds. This fund shall be kept separate from other public funds under the custody of the aforesaid. Said fund shall be made up of the following entries:
(a) Monies appropriated by the Legislature to the Special Fund hereby created.
(b) The net receipts from any operation, ticket sales, commercial advertisements and activities carried out for the benefit of Productora Nacional de Teatro, Inc. shall be credited to this Fund.
(c) Any other monies donated, transferred or granted by agencies of the federal, Commonwealth or municipal governments or private entities or persons.
These items shall be deposited by the Director of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture in the aforesaid Special Fund and shall be used to help subsidize the Productora Nacional de Teatro, Inc.
