For purposes of contributing to and optimizing the education and expression of musical culture and its development, a non-profit public corporation with independent juridical personality is hereby created to be known as the “100x35 Music Program: Puerto Rico Orchestras and Youth and Children’s Choirs System,” attached to the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music Corporation, hereinafter denominated as the 100x35 Music Program: Orchestras and Choirs System.
