The University of Puerto Rico, private universities, higher education institutions, and municipalities shall submit annual reports on the number of services, equipment in use, and any other relevant information to the Puerto Rico National Library and send a copy thereof to the Puerto Rico Assistive Technology Program, the Council on Higher Education, and the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico.
