§ 1045. Contract with private school—Expenses in general budget

The sum deemed necessary to carry out the purposes of sections 1043—1045 of this title shall be included in the proposed general budget of expenses of the Commonwealth Government in accordance with the provisions of Title II of Act No. 213, approved May 12, 1942.
