§ 913e-1. Revocation or modification

Any public or private employee who authorizes a salary deduction pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may revoke or modify said authorization at any time through a written notice in the original and a copy, which shall be submitted to the personnel unit, division or department of the agency or employer for which he/she works, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date on which he/she wishes to make such revocation or modification effective. The agency or private employer for which the employee renders services shall be responsible for forwarding a copy of the certification to the Educational Foundation.
