§ 911n. Penalties

Any person who, on his own, or through an agent, violates this chapter or the regulation adopted hereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a term which shall not exceed six (6) months or a fine which shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or both penalties at the discretion of the court.
