§ 911b. Program—Office; function

The Office shall have a Director and the office employees needed to perform the pertinent work. The main function of the Office shall be to prepare the application documents for the aspirants to the three types of vouchers established in this chapter, specifying the qualifications pertinent to each. In case the number of applications for vouchers cannot be covered [by] the resources available, the Office shall establish an objective and fair procedure to make the corresponding adjudications. The Office shall be in charge of conducting the evaluations and follow-ups needed to ensure the effective measuring of the results of the three (3) modalities of the Program.
