§ 889. Teaching scholarships by municipalities—Agreement to serve as teacher

The students with scholarships granted under §§ 884-889 of this title shall bind themselves in writing, before beginning their studies, to serve as normal teachers in Puerto Rico for a period of not less than two (2) years.
