§ 665. School of Public Administration—Organization of school; courses

The Higher Education Council of the University of Puerto Rico, in accordance with the regulations and practices of the institution, shall proceed within the shortest possible time to the organization and installation of the School of Public Administration, with day, night and extramural courses.
