§ 155. Textbook on propriety and good manners—Obligatory as supplementary reading

Should a suitable textbook for the teaching of such a subject in Puerto Rico not be found among publications in the Spanish language, the Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to prepare and cause to be printed a special textbook on the subject of propriety and good manners, which shall be obligatory as supplementary reading in all the schools of Puerto Rico.
