(a) To name the new school located at the Barrio Espino of San Lorenzo the “ Padre Jorge Rosario del Valle School”, in homage to the undeniable legacy of social work this departed priest left to the communities and sectors that comprise the Barrio Espino and the Barrio Quebrada of San Lorenzo.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in coordination with the Department of Education shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section and shall provide for the celebration of an act proper to those purposes.
(c) A copy of this section shall be forwarded to the mass communications media for its divulgation [sic].
