(a) The new Basketball Court of José A. Castillo School of the Municipality of Sabana Grande is hereby designated with the name of former Professor Alcides Curet-Torres (In Memoriam).
(b) The Secretary of the Department of Education of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall place a sign in the basketball court described in subsection (a) of this section pursuant to the provisions of this section.
