(a) The new elementary school of the municipality of Coamo is hereby designated as the “ Escuela Elemental de la Comunidad José M. Espada Zayas ”.
(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of § 179 of Title 23.
